March 6 2017 (Caledon, ON) - The Boys and Girls Club of Peel is proud to announce that after a short absence it will be returning to the Town Of Caledon in 2017, ready and willing to serve the youth and families of Caledon, with the support and partnership of its Mayor Allan Thompson and the Council.
“This is a great day for Town of Caledon and the Boys and Girls Club of Peel. This is a long overdue return and we are grateful to Mayor Thompson’s commitment to bringing service and programing back, focused on providing essential services and opportunities to Caledon’s youth and families. It is because of partnerships like the one with the Town of Caledon why the Boys and Girls Club of Canada and Peel are who we are today”, Michael J Gyovai, Resource Development Manager with the Boys and Girls Club of Peel.
Over the coming months the Boys and Girls Club of Peel and the Town of Caledon will be meeting to develop a compressive strategic plan that will allow for successes to occur in the communities beginning this summer, 2017.
“Since I arrived here with the Boys and Girls Club two years ago it has been my goal to bring the Town of Caledon back to the family, a critical member of the Region of Peel and the Boys and Girls Club team”, Jim Turner, Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Peel.
